HLM Industrial Octocopter

The HLM Octocopter is the most powerful and capable industrial unmanned aircraft in the ASW Heavy Lift Multirotor family. Designed for missions where payload capacity, stability, and redundancy are non-negotiable, this platform delivers unmatched lifting performance while maintaining long endurance and precise flight control. With the ability to carry payloads of up to 35 kg (77 lbs), the HLM Octocopter is purpose-built for highly specialized industrial operations, large custom payloads, and complex multi-sensor configurations.

At the core of the platform is an eight-motor architecture, providing exceptional stability and fault tolerance. This configuration ensures smooth flight characteristics even when operating with heavy or asymmetrical payloads, making it well suited for precision tasks such as multi-camera inspection, advanced sensor integration, and payload-intensive logistics missions. The octocopter layout also enhances safety and operational uptime, allowing the aircraft to maintain controlled flight in the event of individual motor or propulsion issues.

The HLM Octocopter is engineered with modularity and scalability in mind. Its adjustable frame height and ground clearance allow operators to tailor the aircraft to different payload sizes and mission profiles. Standard slot-pattern mounting and optional rail systems support rapid integration of custom equipment, from large imaging systems to specialized industrial tools and onboard peripherals. Powered by dual LiPo battery packs, the platform delivers extended endurance of up to 70 minutes, enabling longer missions without interruption. Despite its size and lifting capability, the HLM Octocopter maintains efficient performance and a maximum forward flight range of approximately 47 km (29 miles). A service ceiling of 3,600 m MSL allows operation across a wide range of environments and terrains.
