Neo Drones Tech is a Ukrainian defence technology company founded in 2025 during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The company specializes in the development of unmanned aerial systems designed to counter modern aerial threats, with a focus on high-speed interceptor drones for air defence missions.

Its flagship product, the JEDI Shahed Hunter, is an autonomous interceptor UAS developed to engage strike and reconnaissance UAVs. The system combines high-speed multirotor performance, radar-assisted target designation, autonomous terminal guidance, and day/night sensing capabilities to provide an effective solution against hostile drones.

In 2026, the JEDI Shahed Hunter was officially codified and approved for operational use by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, becoming part of the Defence Forces’ air defence capabilities.
