DRIX H-9

Long-range autonomous USV designed for offshore hydrographic surveys, oceanographic missions, and extended autonomous operations up to 20 days.

Product descripton: DRIX H-9 by Exail SAS

The Exail DriX H-9 is a long-range uncrewed surface vessel (USV) developed to bridge the gap between the compact DriX H-8 and the transoceanic DriX O-16. Designed for extended offshore operations, the platform combines long endurance, high survey efficiency, and modular payload integration to support hydrographic, oceanographic, offshore energy, scientific, and defense applications.

Built around Exail’s CortiX autonomy suite, the DriX H-9 supports both remotely controlled and supervised autonomous missions in Line-of-Sight (LOS) and Over-the-Horizon (OTH) environments. The platform integrates advanced obstacle avoidance, secure multi-channel communications, intelligent mission management, and remote monitoring, enabling reliable long-duration operations in challenging maritime conditions.

Its modular architecture supports a wide range of hydrographic and oceanographic payloads, while its hovering capability, ROTV towing capacity, and deep-water multibeam survey capability make it well suited for offshore inspection, seabed mapping, subsea positioning, environmental monitoring, and maritime security missions.
