SkyShark
Product descripton: SkyShark by MGI Defence
SkyShark™ is a high-speed, long-range autonomous one-way effector designed for precision deep-strike missions against high-value targets.
Key Features
- High-speed, long-range autonomous one-way effector
- Designed for precision deep-strike missions against high-value targets
- Modular payload capacity of 10–20 kg
- High-speed autonomous flight with cruise speeds up to 350 km/h and maximum speeds of 450 km/h
- Long-range operation of up to 250 km with maximum payload at cruise speed
- Open-architecture autonomy with onboard edge computing
- Operationally proven navigation and terminal-phase guidance in contested environments
- Fully modular open systems architecture enabling rapid in-service iteration
- Rapid “design as a service” update cycles using F1 digital twin and materials technology
Mission Effectiveness
SkyShark™ enables autonomous strike deep into contested battlespaces, including under active jamming and anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) threats. Capable of low-altitude, high-speed ingress, it supports operations across air, land, and maritime domains. Its simplicity, modularity, and high survivability make it suitable for persistent use in live conflict environments without reliance on constant control.
Combined with swarm or decoy tactics, SkyShark™ increases the probability of target saturation, distraction, or degradation of adversary defences at a cost point that supports tactical attrition.
Mission Capabilities
- Optimised for deep autonomous strike
- 250 km range with 20 kg of modular payload (high explosive, EW)
- Launch from land, rail, or vehicle
- Open-architecture autonomy and onboard edge computing
- Operationally proven navigation and terminal-phase guidance in contested environments
- Day/night, low-altitude operations
- Reliable, efficient, and secure kill-chain capability, even in GPS-denied environments
- High-speed target engagement
- Fully modular open systems architecture enabling rapid in-service iteration
- Secure, modular, and rapidly iterative capabilities
- Rapid “design as a service” update cycles using F1 digital twin and materials technology
